Grading: All sections will be ECF graded. Grades will be taken from the ECF's latest revision of the July 2013 grading list. (If you do not have an ECF grade, please give any other official grade, or, if you have none, provide other evidence of your playing strength, e.g. other tournament results.) Only players with a current ECF standard-play grade are eligible for grading prizes. Grading prizes will be shared in the event of a tie. Please note that it is a condition of entry that players agree to their grading information being published on the ECF website.

Analysis: A separate area will be available for analysis and discussion.

Refreshments: Will be available on the premises, provided by Hackett’s Food and Drink of Witney, and will include tea, coffee, soft drinks, sandwiches, baguettes, sausage rolls, panini, cakes, fruit and chocolate bars.

ECF membership: Under ECF membership arrangements (for more details, visit the ECF website, there will be no charge for the grading of the games at Witney of those who are ECF members at Silver level or higher, but the tournament organizers will be charged £6 per player (£4 for juniors) for the grading of the games of non-members or Bronze-level members. Entry fees and discounts reflect these arrangements.
